| Trang took my Mama and Thao to visit me at work today... that was SUPER fun. We had Pho'? w/ my hooked-up discount of course, and just hung out until traffic on the 405N died so they could go home. i'm so excited for this weekend... American Idol, BABY!!!

| i'm so glad that today's surprise bday party for Jae Boss was so successful in making him happy... i think it surprised all of us too since he showed up earlier than expected! Esther and i were just finishing the banner all of us made, dropped our markers when we heard Jon scream "Happy Bday, Jae Boss," and we all froze when we looked up and he was already inside the store! Christine and Isabelle started us off w/ the bday song, and the look on Jae Boss's face was priceless. That $32 cake was worth it too.  Being able to bring so much joy to someone who's touched our lives reminded me for sure how rewarding it is to do something nice for another even if it is out of the way. It was awesome everyone! GO TAPX!!!
